 Shipping is Free World Wide
With My Bag Base the shipping is free World Wide, you do not have to pay any tax or any aditional cost, only the price of the item(s) you want.

Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped that same day, while orders placed on weekend will be shipped the following Monday. After we shipped product out,you will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking number. 24 hours later you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at

Delivery time is depand on country of destination .North American,West Europe,Oceania and Asian orders usually be delivered with 3-7days ,others would be delivered within 7-14 days

                         

Return Policy
At My Bag Base, your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure that once you own a My Bag Base product, you will not buy your designer handbags anywhere else, ever again.
We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged goods

Return requests should be email to mybagbase@gmail.com to explain the return reasons within 7 days of receipt. Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging. The return shipping fees must be at the expense of the client.

For any return request motivated by a quality issue, client would be instructed to send pictures of the spotted defects to our customer service officer, as to allow us to validate the fact product is indeed defective. Please email us with a tracking number of your return. Once we receive your return package, we will refund or exchange items for you.

Please kindly note:
1. Exchanges are only accepted for obviously incorrect products sent. Reasons such as different colors are not considered an 'incorrect product' if colors are subject to individual products, camera images and computer monitor differences. An obvious color difference would be if you ordered an orange bag and received a black bag - this is obviously an incorrect product sent, and is eligible for an exchange.
2. We will never accept returns for personal reasons---change of mind, etc.


FOR THE WATCHES
In case of malfunction, we offer a 30 days guarantee. If your watch stops working properly, we will send a FREE replacement at no cost to your whatsoever. You must send an e-mail within 30 days of receipt to mybagbase@gmail.com and we will ship a replacement once receive the return products.
If you have any problems with your Replica watch or are unsatisfied in anyway you may return your products within7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund. Keep in mind; we are always here to help whatever happens. Just email us at mybagbase@gmail.com we will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
