The return shipping fees must be at the expense of the client. For any return request motivated by a quality issue, client would be instructed to send pictures of the spotted defects to our customer service officer, as to allow us to validate the fact product is indeed defective. Please email us with a tracking number of your return. Once we receive your return package, we will refund or exchange items for you. Please kindly note: 1. Exchanges are only accepted for obviously incorrect products sent. Reasons such as different colors are not considered an 'incorrect product' if colors are subject to individual products, camera images and computer monitor differences. An obvious color difference would be if you ordered an orange bag and received a black bag - this is obviously an incorrect product sent, and is eligible for an exchange. 2. We will never accept returns for personal reasons---change of mind, etc. FOR THE WATCHES In case of malfunction, we offer a 30 days guarantee. If your watch stops working properly, we will send a FREE replacement at no cost to your whatsoever. You must send an e-mail within 30 days of receipt to mybagbase@gmail.com and we will ship a replacement once receive the return products.
